Would highly recommend.
I used Gibson Publishing to publish my second book and they were brilliant. They helped me choose the correct paper type, size, and helped with editing. The best thing was they produced a single copy as a perfect proof before I ordered, so I could see exactly what the finished book would look like. This was very important to me because it was a children's book with lots of illustrations and I wanted to make sure the colours were correct and so on. I would definitely recommend them.
